Delete your data
Facebook and Instagram connection data
Disconnect your accounts
Sign in to SoEasy, open My place, choose Connections, and select Disconnect for Facebook and Instagram. This revokes our access and removes the saved Page connection and access credentials from SoEasy.
Request full deletion
Email mccoy@elevenx2.comfrom the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data.” Tell us the business name connected to the account. We will delete your personal information and connected social-account data within 30 days and confirm by email.
Remove access in Meta
You can also remove SoEasyfrom Facebook's Business Integrations settings. Removing it there immediately revokes the permissions Meta granted to SoEasy.
